RULES

Paper presentation

• Maximum of three authors per paper.
• Submission of abstract (in a word document) for not more than 300 words before the due date.
• After technical review of the abstract papers will be selected for presentation.
• The presentation should last a maximum of 7 minutes. There will be a 3 minutes query and answer session following it.
• The organizers reserve the right to change/update the rules of the contest at any point of time and will do their best to inform the participants of the same. However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the teams to keep themselves updated. Violation of any rule can result in rejection of paper.
• The oral presentation should be in the form of Microsoft power point slides which contains the brief of your paper, not to exceed 21.
• The recommended fonts are: Title fonts: Times New Roman, 14 font size, Bold and underlined, left alignment; Sub Title fonts: Times New Roman, 12 font size, Bold and Justified alignment.

Technical Quiz

• Team Consists of 2 Participants.
• Tech Quiz will test your technical and lateral thinking ability.
• Be prepared to face questions from every nook and corner of Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Get ready, be prepared and give this test your best shot.
• Time for a cracking will be 60 seconds.
• Quiz will be conducted in department wise sessions. Students are advised to choose quiz session on their respective department.

Debugging rules

• Maximum of three participants per team.
• Programs / Circuit provided at the session.
• No mobile phones/ electronic gadgets are allowed during the session.
• Components for circuit making and computer and other materials are provided to the participants.
• Maximum time for debugging will be half an hour
• Based on completion or based on number of bug fixes prizes will be awarded.
• Change of rules is applicable.

CONNECTION

• Maximum Three Members Per Team
• Event has three rounds namely technical, non technical and commercial.
• A team should crack the each round in 60 seconds for each cracking one point is awarded.
• Prizes are awarded based on maximum points earned.

PUBG

1. Single participant only allowed for playing.
2. Play area allotted at the moment of the session.
3. Play time maximum of 1 hour.
4. Players should come with android mobile that preinstalled with PUBG game.
5. Mobile must be faster and mobile hanging like issues are not the responsibility of symposium managements.
6. There may be maximum of 100 numbers of players.
7. The winners of the game elected for the award.

Photo graphy

• Maximum one participant is allowed per team
• Photos should be taken from participants mobile camara and it might be captured on the date of symposium
• Participants should bring their individual mobile phones for participation
• Taking photograph on people is not allowed. Only natural, technical photography is allowed.
